Thread: WTB Draigoch Scales

If nothing else, I would like to know how much people would be willing to sell them for. I don't expect to actually afford one, but I figure that there's only one way to find out how much money I need to scrounge up for them (since Draigoch PUGs are hard to find these days and I'd rather not leave my kin).

On the BW server they sell for 150-200g a pop. So you are looking at 450-600 for a cloak. In my opinion they are only worth it if you can get the scales as drops and then make one, but at that point, isn't the gold far more valuable? The Worn Symbols are selling for 100-120g each on my server right now which means I could make a full tank set and Over Power set for my Guardian with that money which is way more valuable to me than a single cloak. IDK how much they are going for on your server, but you may want to add that info to your post to get a more precise price check.

Problem is, I haven't seen anyone selling them at all, so I have no clue what the asking price should be. I heard that there's an option to upgrade the cloaks in Update 5, so I wanted to see if I could get the cloak before Update 5 was released.

You still need to post what server you are on to get the right quote.

Considering on Riddermark Worn Symbols are still going for 400-500 gold, you can probably quadruple that 600 gold price from BW.

However, I don't think anyone on RM has sold them.

Haven't seen any scales floating around, but a kinnie of mine is selling the capes for 30-40g a piece.

Unfortunately, I can't see anyone selling them. Usually people who raid have agreements on how to distribute such loot. And I don't think there is a hardcore group of 12 who all have the cloaks and farm Draigoch just for money.

The only case I can imagine is "alternative investment". Let's say a relatively undergeared guy wins a scale. If he sells it for 200g, he can buy himself a few great items/scrolls, which is better than having a single cloak.

Anyway, I am also interested in buying such a cloak potentially.
