So it's been a while since I reported issues with my preferences and in particular my char settings where I simply end up with an uknown error.
Since the initial responce from the support staff I have heard nothing, and nothing has happened, this is about 2 months ago.
Soooo my question is, anyone else got issues with their char panel and general forum settings, and when can we/I expect something to happen, I would like to participate a bit more in the community, but with all these features not accessable I am limited in my actions.

We are also told if we keep reporting the same thing we stand a chance of being Banned
It appears that MyLotro problems are VERY low down (or even not on) the "To Do" list
And looking at the context of the mail
They havent even decided when, or if, they intend to sort it
They haven't taken MyLotro out of beta after four-and-a-half years. I don't see the end of migration making a difference - after all, it can hardly have been a bucketload of work for the last few months.
Keeping up hopes that this feature would one day work. It still doesn't.

Now, when I take part in Lottery, before pressing "submit" I can actually check my characters by clicking their names, so the problem can't be a big one?
Pretty please, with cookies on top, fix this for us or give us some information on why how who when.
Still not working. Also, My Forum Settings under My Preferences only works when I click it the second time.
Fix the forum? There's been... what... two-three expansions we've paid for since move from EU? And forum is still nonfunctional. I understand there's no money in this like there is on expansions... I doubt all of us EU players will leave the game just because of bugged forums but... For pete's sake Turbine!
