    supreme weaponsmith but cant make numeroan sceptre

    Hi,

    it says missing component "supreme weaponsmith mastery" this is the only recipe i cant make.

    i've maxxed out crafting and guild standing... doing my head in.

    I've lodged a bug report, but just wondering if anyone had any input, my 2nd age 75LI is missing a relic
