Thread: EU player - wrong character level

Firstly, apologies if this is in the wrong place, but I wasn't sure where to post this issue and, for me, it is now directly affecting the lotteries.

Many of my characters are not showing up as the right level in my.lotro.com. I have 3 > 65 now, 1 is at cap. Yet they are still only eligible to enter the lower level lotteries due to this issue. Is there any way I can get this fixed please?

This is a known issue and also affects the character signatures. We need to wait until Turbine fixes it.

Thanks - I did realise it was a known issue, but I wasn't sure if it was worth (or advised) to raise a ticket to get this problem fixed. It's quite frustrating to see others winning items appropriate to their levels and you're not even seeing those lotteries...
