    Dragon raid

Hi folks. I was wondering if any kinship is already planning to make an attempt on the new raid.

I don't think it's happening in the next few days in Exiles of Arnor (along with other people, of course), but I'm sure the big kinships in the servers are more advanced on this subject.

    Re: Dragon raid

Exiles of Arnor (along with other people, of course), shall not be attempting the Dragon Raid untill one of the big kinships post they have completed it, in any form (12 man / 12 man + challenge / 24 man).

Seems like an odd attitude if I'm honest?

Didn't know there are any big kinships in Gilrain.

We believe this was this 1st killing of the dragon on Gilrian, though we know others had completed the challenge prior to our attempt. We also know it has since been killed on tier2, which we were planning to do on the day we killed it, but I wasnt going to turn away 5 people just so 12 could have some fun.

Gratz to all that attended and everyone involoved in all the practice runs.

Next reset we'll be doing it tier 2.

    Re: Dragon raid

Tonight The Elders should have done T2 and Challenge. We got Challenge and then very very very near the end it all bugged out. One by one people got stuck, unable to move or use their skills. We had to leave the game altogether and even then couldn't log back in for 10 minutes.

Feeling really, really cheated and grumpy.

gettign this dragon bugging out more and more often now and replies like this from Gms are hardly helping any.................
+Phoenix+ tells you, 'I can only hope the developers will be able to fix this bug in a future update. If the chance of this bug happening is too worrying to you, then the only thing I can suggest you do to avoid it is not run Draigoch.'

awesome truely groundbreaking its broken we cant fix it dont do it despite it being the only end game content currently available

    Unfortunate!

I don't think we've had it bugged since our first try, now-a-days we run with LM pets out + RK stones etc and no bugs so

Maybe try stopping one of them if your doing that + If there anything specific you can see when it bugs out and what morale it does etc....

And yeah GM's since Turbine's takeover only now Enforce The Code Of Conduct, compared to Codemaster GM's that would help you within a click of fingers.

There's the old GM that helps back with OD for me, ( gate bugged and wouldn't let us back in, he opened it ) but since RoI came out GM's have stopped helping so :/ meh.

    Thumbs down Re: Dragon raid

The Damned have had issues with him bugging recently as well. And has had the pleasure of experiencing top notch customer service ... (note the sarcasm)

Friday the 25th was our 4th birthday as a kin. We were to have another T2 run and a few laughs to celebrate...

We went in and got into phase 3, had a few issues lost a healer, tank dced and though we tried valiantly to hold it together we wiped. Ok no biggie. We came in and did it again. We got Draigoch to around 8 million Morale or so and after killing a paw, we were unable to target him at all anymore. He went non aggro. We were confused but disbanded the raid completely, reinvited, restarted the instance and went back in.

This time we got him to 5 million morale, and guess what..... we killed a paw, and bang, he goes non aggro again.

I ticketed a GM who told us there was nothing they could do. They couldnt jump start him for us, they couldnt let us reset and then GM him to the morale we had him at so we could continue, and he couldnt one shot him (which we didnt ask to have done anyway). I was told ... to file a bug report. So I did.

A very frustrated bunch of us called it for the night.

Saturday the 26th we went in again to take him down. My husband brought his burglar in for the first time since getting him geared up. We went through the usual processes and did all the FM's and did them in the right order.... and completed the challenge.... but ....My husbands deed didnt update. We did check his FM log, theyre all there... so this was very odd to us all.

I sent a ticket, and was told .... "File a bug report"

    Youre kidding right?

They didnt even speak to me, just sent this robotic answer. So I sent a new ticket referencing the first one, and I told them that I thought there was no reason we should have to file a bug report. He fulfilled the criteria, he should get his deed updated. Theyve updated deeds for people in the past when they didnt update properly... why not this time?

Now when we killed Draigoch that night, he didnt get his "the red" deed updated and didnt get his worn symbol because his FM deed didnt update. Again I was told "file a bug report"

OK, I see a pattern here.

I send one last ticket just to tell them how unsatisfied I am with their responses and that it is terrible that they wont update the deed for him. Its easy enough to check that the criteria have been met. They tell me they cant talk to me because its not my account.

I get my husband to log his burg back on, and HE files a ticket and they tell him ... "file a bug report"

So he filed a bug report, and a ticket with Turbine... and has heard ... NOTHING.

Sorry, this seems to have turned into a rant by me. Im just annoyed, as are many people ive spoken to recently. Its really a disapointment that they cant seem to get it right these days... fix the raid, help the customers... how hard is that?

Ohhhh trust me I know that all over.

RoI is without doubt the WORST expansion that Lord Of The Rings Online have EVER produced - FULL STOP.

The customer service has gone completely downhill since Turbine brought the rights off Codemasters.

99.97264445555% - rough guess but I don't think very far off - of the tickets ingame are automatic, robotic responses and 99.99999999% of submitted bug reports aren't read or again are automatic, robotic responses.

    This. Is. PATHETIC.

The only few things keeping me logging on is friends I've made and chat to, the odd raid and awaiting for U5 which I have paid for.

But seriously it's been months and hardly any bugs have been fixed whether your lucky enough not to get them one run or not.

    Seriously just ...... *RAGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE*
