I deleted this character, but it still shows up in the "My Characters"

I hate the presence of this character I deleted very long ago http://my.lotro.com/home/character/4...6487425856415/
Anyone know the problem? One other character I deleted was removed from the characters list immediately.

It's for the same reason many are having issues with their character information not updating when the gain another level; the updates on the website aren't working correctly and haven't been for some time.
