Well, look here: Here's a Rank 10 kinship with kinhouse, with/without decoration/items available.

Well, bid and buy, or beat it. this kin's for sale, it's just the damn rank, and a house with, or without the freaking darn items put into it. Can't be that hard to understand now, would it? But rather sell then delete it first hand, just a thougt, someone might wan't a high rank kin, but not waiting for it for month's. But if no one is interrested, it's deleted by the end of this week. Itøs not a giftshop, but same time i really dnøt care for this kin whatever happens to it.
lots of people ahve an extra kin for themselves just fr extra storrage and to put all the trophy's in, including myself. Altho I don't understand why peopel would pay so much gold for it while its easy to make on your own just make some low level toons put them al in a kinship wait couple of weeks and buy a kinhouse , give permission to all chars and done.
somewhere i agree with smeggy that selling a kinship is well a bit immoral
