I hit kindred with the Lossoth of Forochel and was looking around a bit at what I could get in Suri-Kyla. I noticed the armor vendors sell the item in the title of this thread. It's listed as a craft component. I'm a woodworker so I can't really tell what to do with it and how to use it. Do I give the linings to a tailor and then they make armor that looks like the little picture, or does the tailor actually need separate recipes for each of the articles of armor and the fur lining is just one component of that armor?
The lining is an ingredient for Lossoth armour, light and medium.
A tailor would need to buy the single-use components from the Lossoth vendor plus that lining and then craft a piece of armour.
Bit of a catch, your tailor needs to be kindred to get the recipies and you need to be kindred to be able to wear the stuff.
Thanks for your help! Luckily I found someone in my kin with the right qualifications almost immediately. Ended up going with the light armor (Ajokoira) for cosmetic, looks fantastic!
Glad I could help - for the cosmetics aspect . .
You are aware that when one of your characters can wear an item and puts it into the shared wardrobe (should you have one), everyone else on your account can equip the stuff cosmetically ?
I saw a Loremaster in a ful set of Warden class gear a bit go at 21st hall on Dwarrodelf.
Just in case you feel like putting some plate on your light armour chars . .
