Order of the Morning Star - Family-friendly kinship
Order of the Morning Star, named after Luthien Tinuviel, is a family-friendly kinship that is always looking for positive and friendly players to join our ranks.
We encourage a casual and friendly atmosphere where the focus is on helping each other with crafting, quests, and the like. If you're looking for a mature kin that understands what gaming is like when you have kids/family life and would enjoy being part of a tight knit group of friendly adventurers, then we'd love to have you. Please send an IM to Gadin, Gadina, Badbill, Mysterieth, Bitz, Celordal, Saxamblod, Erinwaru, or me (Gallaron) in game if interested. Also, feel free to post on this thread or send me a PM on the forum.
We look forward to hearing from you!

Re: Order of the Morning Star - Family-friendly kinship
I've been in Order of the Morning Star about seven months now. It is a great kinship! If you have limited time, love to play with other mature players and their families this could be the kin for you. The players are helpful and friendly and are always willing to help with advancement. We are steadily growing and are always welcoming new members.

I've been in Order of the Morning Star for about a month now and it has been the most friendliest kin I've been in. Very friendly and helpful players that make you feel welcome as soon as you log on.If your looking for a mature family friendly Kin I would strongly recommend Order of the Morning Star!
Re: Order of the Morning Star - Family-friendly kinship
I joined the kin about a month ago after trying out several different kins. They are friendly, kind and very helpful. Including Training with fellowships in instances for lower level players. Whether you are like to quest or raid or craft this kin is a great place for all. I'd recommend to anyone I meet and usually do
Agreed. OoTMS is a great kin. There is a lot of variety in the levels that play and I am always amazed at how many alts come out of the woodwork to run lower level stuff. You might have all lvl 50-75's and yet you can fill up a GB run in no time with lvl 20's especially if someone is wanting to learn how to do group stuff.
I don't usually recommend another kinship (it's really not in my best interest as the leader of another kinship - lol). However, I've known this kinship for over a year as my kinmembers and I play with them regularly. The Order of the Morning Star is a great kinship with active, involved leadership. Highly recommended.
Regards,
Fara

Aww shucks. Thank you Fara! Means a lot that you'd vouch for us here.
We're growing like crazy lately, with folks of every level joining the ranks. We have a lot of 75s now but we also have a LOT of lower level folks and first-time players who are just learning the game and we're happy to help them with crafting, answering questions or just being supportive.
I've been with OotMS for about four months now, I'm a teenager and a hardcore gamer yet OotMS is the best place to be. However being a hardcore gamer in OotMS can be rough if you do not know how to act. But as long as you are polite I'd say send anyone in the kin an in-game mail to be recruited, other than that, happy questing/crafting/grinding!
We welcome ALL kinds of gamers -- hardcore, social, brand new, whatever. It's more about the attitude of said players than how they spend their game time. If you're friendly and helpful, you'll always have a place with us.
I just give you a hard time because I'm determined to make you into a polite young man if it kills me, Snipe.

Gadin give snipe a break I thought he wrote a very good endorsement for the kin. Readers be warned that most of the posters are members of the kin (like they said) and so they are biased towards us otherwise they would have moved on to another kin. Which is what is cool about kins. If one isn't a good fit people can try another or start their own. Happy gaming everyone.
