    Post Quick Gambit reference

    Hi guys,
    I know there are lots of references out there but I'll add mine to the mix....

    Based on this great article from CSTM, I've put together a very *very* basic quick reference chart:

    Some notes:
    - Straight up single-line gambits not represented (all fist, all spear, all shield) because they're "obvious".
    - These "scale" up. For example: Shield/Fist scales up to Shield/Fist/Shield, up to Shield/Fist/Shield/Fist, up to Shield/Fist/Shield/Fist/Shield.
    - Probably incomplete.
