Rule doesn't apply if you use cheap tactics such as Soleus, lol. Must be hard to hit 1 skill every time every 20 seconds which practically makes all the dps that was done to you, nothing. Talk about flayer kiting being easymode... atleast in flayer you have to time it for when your bubble gets up then kite until you get the 500 heal instead of just having to chase the guy around and not have to think at all, just hit bracing attack.
