Thread: Ranger's Offensive WAI?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if I should /bug this deed, because the NPCs that are supposed to be there (handarod and nidgyl) are in Harndirion, as they moved during the epic line. But they dont hand out the quest anymore... Is this WAI or not?

The deeds and the Quests that advanced them used to be turned on during welcome back weekends, when Turbine would allow former subscribers free access to the game, extra XP from monster kills and there quests as something special.

Since the F2P model went live, welcome back events simply provide bonus XP on kills and Ranger's Offensive quests are not available. That deeds were advanced by doing other quests was a bug.

While both Rangers that used to give those quests are now found in Harndirion, they would also be present in Bree and Esteldin should the event be turned on again. Remember, other Rangers like Dagoras, Daervunn and Saeradan moved to Enedwaith too, but can still be found in their original locations, since those are supposed to be "earlier in the timeline".
