hi lotro team, i got some stuff which i need to ask, because i went VIP and read the stuff on the website and it says when VIP u get access to all classes and a 500 TP point boost i do got all the other stuff but didnt get 500 tp and also didnt get access to all classes i feel like im scammed by u guys like this ? because it really stands on ur home site, ill hope i get answers fast otherwise its gonna be an investigation if u know what i mean bye bye

The Warden and Rune-Keeper were added with the Mines of Moria expansion, whereas going VIP only gives you the original classes and quest packs to the original landmass of Eriador (back when the game was only Shadows of Angmar). In order to access those classes, you'll need to purchase the expansion just like we did or use tp to gain access to them individually.

VIP monthly tp not being delivered is a known issue that seems to be related to the recent transfer of European servers. It should be sorted out soon, though if it makes you feel better, putting in a ticket will make sure they know you personally haven't gotten them.

Your VIP points will take a couple of days to be credited after you subscribe.

As for classes, VIP does not get you the warden or runekeeper classes, those come with the Mines of Moria expansion.
