We are a rank 10 kinship, one of the oldest on Eldar. We are maybe what you call a social casual raiding/endgame kin.
We would love new people to join and play and raid with us now or in the future - there are a lot of experienced players who you will be able to learn from. We don't boost but are a patient kin to do group stuff with.
The busiest time for us is usually after 8pm UK Time, but there are always people on line in the day.
We have members from eleven years old to fifty years old. English is the main language but some English members who shall remain nameless have been taught to swear in Czech even though they actually think it means good evening. It's great that people from all over Europe are members of HoE, we are an international kin.
We have a lot of level 75s, it would be great to get some members who are newer to the game and share our enthusiasm.
If you love the lore you will always find people to talk to, we are mostly respectful to the lore but some members do appreciate a hobbit BBQ and don't appear fully engaged on a 12man Trouble in Tuckborough skirmish.
What do we do?
We talk a lot and have fun
We try to raid on Tuesday and Thursday. We play to win and with a sense of humour. It's fair to say that raiding slows in the summer for 2-3 weeks. We have friends from other kins that help out as well, once a Hero always a Hero.
We drink. And abuse laxatives.
We love to have a laugh and be helpful to all, and some kinnies will need to wear special bags by the time they are forty years old or otherwise be a burden on their country's health service. We have a loose rule of 18 years old plus, but this is not a problem as long as people are responsible.
We have Ventrilo, a kin house and lots of top tier crafters.
A few of us love the Moors, we're currently doing the Ettendeeps occasionally as well. It is whispered that a suspect sizeable minority like dressing up as Wargs and killing fellow HoE members in the Moors, and posting the photographic evidence on 'happy slapping' web sites. But that would be an irresponsible thing for a kin leader to do.
We will help out if you are struggling with a quest, whilst appreciating that most LOTRO players love a challenge.
We have many knowledgable players who are happy to help with advice in kin chat if needed.
How can you join?
Post here with details and I will get in touch
Send me an IM here and I will reply as soon as possible
Send a tell or mail in game to Feleg my main character or call out in OOC and ask for an officer
Thanks for reading, hope you like the sound of us.
Im a new player and would be interested in joining your kinship... Im quite lonely pondering around on my own My in game name is Odrad if you can get in touch it would be greatly appreciated.
Hey there Beokool here,
I'm a LOTRO player but I left for a couple of years (just before moria went out, to be precise) but now i'm once again here, pretty rusty in almost every aspect but eager to advance and to find new friends in game. I'm a level 50 champion, is there a place for me in your kinship? I play especially on 13-15 pm uk time and from 20 pm when i'm not busy. I'm everything but a hardcore, but if I got it well I should be fine with your requirements.
Let me know, and GL for your adventures, hope to see you soon in game
Are u still looking ? I just posted in the kinship forum as we are looking for some fun people to play with . 5 of us are looking for a nice fun kin to maybe join if suits both groups. Main emphasis on fun we really dont want any premadonas but we do want to broaden our horizons as far as game content is concered and after 3 years of playing with just 5 of us its a bit limited. We prety much know what we are doing and all have lvl 75 . Captin Guradian Mincer Warden (damn nerf never guess thats mine) Hunter . Various alts and all crafts covered.
We just want some people to have fun with in a relaxed enviroment so we can join in with some like minded people enjoying the game . We are a somewhat mature lot ranging from 40 -48 but are definatly young at heart and in out gaming.
We are still growing and welcome any players that are interested in joining. We have players right across the spectrum, from soloers to fellowshipmates to Ettens to raiders joining us every Tuesday and Thursday. We're a nice size without being too big and we look for friendly mature players who want to invest in a kin, not take out. It's a nice way to experience and enjoy end game instances and raids while still having fun.
Still relatively new to the game and f2p, but do want to get into it and join kin. Got mmo and turbine xp from WoW to Asheron's Call. 2 chars are around lvl 17, still trying to pick main. Interested in spending more time and probably money on the game. Reply to post or mail toons Olthoi/Gazedo.
