I'm having a bit of trouble trying to submit a ticket on the Account Support page to sort out these missing monthly points. The ticket page has a few required fields but I can't fill those fields because I haven't input any information for them (e.g. payment methods).
Is there any other way, besides phoning, that I can use to fix this? I've already tried in game and they sent me here.
If you haven't put any payment information on file, you can bypass the system by simply adding something to the payment information boxes, such as "N/A" for the cardholder name and 0000 for your last four digits. This way you'll be able to still submit your ticket and receive assistance even if you don't have any payment info on file.
