Nexus a friendly and casual but goal orientated Kinship , we got the works , Ventrilo , a nice Forum plus a Raidplanner.
We use the Suicide King lootrule , we feel that it is fair to both the casual and more active players.
We downed nearly everything , still working on some of the new stuff , but we downed every boss in the older content , and are very certain current challenges and future challenges will be biting in the dust.

I'm a raid ready hunter - maxed LIs/legacies, virtues, etc. How much of orthanc have you done?
We have done all wings on t1 except Saruman, where we are still working on his 5th (and last) phase. We are starting t2 attempts next week.
I would like to note that, although we raid 3/4 nights a week, our kin is open to a more casual playstyle, and players are not penalized for having to skip raids. More important is interaction and helping eachother out with runs / crafting / etc. A lot of members have busy jobs and young families to take care of, which is perfectly fine. We have a few hardcore players as well, and a strong Ettenmoors community and interest.
It sounds like you are solely interested in raiding, in which case you are probably better off in another kin.

We do regular ToO T2/T2HM runs, ToO T1 runs for opening up armour for Alts, Skirmish Raid runs - and surprise fun runs!
We also are a strong presence in the moors - in small groups or in raids, led by our renowned wild Scotsman Othlon - and quite a lot of us like to play also on thier infamous creep characters (we have a creep tribe too).

We got so many great applications and nice people on board in the last weeks that we have to close recruitment till the end of September - to get all well integrated and prepared for RoR - and then we will ride forwards into the plains of Rohan with our troop and kick the *** of all those ugly Warbands!

The classes we need most are raid-ready Burglar and Loremaster (debuffing in raids), but we take also other classes if you have only Hunter or Champ, you might have to queue up a bit for raids though ....).
