I recently purchased the Legenday Isengard pre-order. However, when I input the activation code, I was not logged in. It prompted me to do so. When I did, it created a separate account with the same name and password. So now I have one account with my characters and no Isengard, and one with no characters and Isengard. Is there anyway to fix this? Merge the accounts? Transfer Isengard pre-order and delete the accidental account? Is there any thing that can be done, or am I going to lose one or the other?
Dont login (or if you do, make sure you dont create any characters on the new account) File an account support ticket with all your details and they'll get you sorted!) Be patient. If you're in a hurry, you can call tomorrow
You should feel perfectly comfortable playing the account you do want in the meantime. Or you can call turbine if that's fesable and get it rectified while you're on the phone. (Calls are answered in the order recived, you want account services.)
