since your join date is 2008, let me check something:

is this the account you're using to log into the server? if so it's the wrong one - you must use https://transfer.lotro.com/ to migrate your codemasters account to a (new) turbine account.

you cannot merge an existing turbine account with a codemasters account, and the migration process itself will prompt you to make a turbine account at stage 2.
