If yew could. Is there a good place to harvest it? Would prefer somewhere with lots of wolves, for my slayer deed

I believe you can find the wood and wolves in plenty in south-eastern Evendim just north of Oatbarton

    Re: Yew Wood.

Off the top of my head wargs and wolves are not the same, killing wargs does not help with wolf slayer deeds.

Evendim (north of Greenfields/Brokenborings in The Shire) has yew and wolves in the same areas, and some lebethron which is the wood used in the next level of crafting. Lonelands has wolves and yew but not in the same area, the wolves are mostly in the western half of Lonelands and the yew is in the east half. North Downs is the same, there are wolves near Trestlebridge but the yew is near Esteldin which has wargs rather than wolves.

I like the North Downs, around Esteldin for Yew... but no wolves there.

if you've ever read The Hobbit, tolkein often interchanges "wolf" with "warg".
