Great fights yesterday, thanks to Palinkir and the Creeps, and all the Freeps who joined up with me!

Gruggash, I think it was you who I had that mutual slaying with on the OC side of west bridge? great stuff, though of course you were trying to take me out with a lot less help than I had... I was feeling the love most of the evening!

Gratz on title, I might be wrong, but if your lickle hunter was ganked last night, and it was between lug and grams, then it was probably 2 warg groups that hit you. And nowhere near 20.....

Can't blame him - we always look more than we really are when we suddenly pop up - it's the power of the pack.

It was nothing personal, Faileon. The current unbalance just forces us to go for light/medium armour without bubbles first - so if you fit that category, you'll be hit with priority. I was on my warleader earlier that day and got ganked a few times by a freep zerg as well - switched to join Grimms pack and it felt better to be in control of the battle most of the time.

It was the rage speaking from me. I don't enjoy OC farm either, but when I try to move there is 20 wargs waiting to jump me. No choice really

Anyway, gratz Grazak for R9. I hate you. I hate your Moving Target. I hate you being so fast to pop it!! One of the very good BAs on server.

It means my warg lost another 3% mit today and I cba anymore, been playing 5 years now just to get nerfed every update. That coupled with the freep harassment has made the moors extremely unfun for me.

So grats, another veteran calls it quits, well done all.

My last remaining hope is that U6 brings some balance.

You freeps know that when I charge out from behind the rock to attack one of you, I'm 90% likely to die anyway, right? And that by jumping in to help the defenceless champ I'm fighting you're just stealing your own buddy's kb?

Maybe creeps are just as bad, I wouldn't know, but I'm just so very disappointed whenever I log on for some solo action these days: the few freeps who aren't immediately helped out by their allies (despite the fact they don't need the assistance at all) run away if it seems like I might stand even the smallest chance against them.

The only people who are happy to fight 1 on 1 are the skilled players that know I'm absolutely no threat to them anyway.

Ok, it's out now, I'm feeling better. Feel free to flame away and tell me to join a raid/grow a pair/level a freep .

I agree, this is just too stupid that freeps are all the day in groups, even when these days creeps are too poor, but there is not freep fault at all, GM's are doing an awfull work, where are the MITIGATIONS? I hit harder than before IMO.

Im sorry grimmjaw is quiting, he is a nice warg and good leader of WP's, btw Don't loose all the fate Grog, I'll still charge you creeps "whatever" dunno the exactly word for it, you are, freeps need more soloers, and less huggers in bunch, fact.

right, so my initial rage was a bit premature, seems I had some faulty data.

So will be around to try some new builds, but not as much as before anyway, I do need to cut down a bit and school is picking up again.

Don't blame the GMs, they care a lot more about the game than most of the whiners on here. It's really down to Turbine. They want the freeps to keep buying as much as possible in the store which gives them fancy outfits, trick weapons and buffs ad infenitum. Quests freepside even at low levels are so easy now, the PvE game is no longer a challenge. A mate of mine logged on the wrong server, so I just started a character to help him. I solo'd to about L40 in about 4 days, hardly getting killed. Buffs, legendaries etc. etc. are just becoming more powerful cos Turbine really dont give a wossname about equality in PvMP. They've had our money, we're VIPs, we dont need to buy anything cos we can get it all from quests, so we go creepside and try to have some fun. It's just starting to pale a bit now though, you have yer 5 little buffs you purchased with yer hard earned destiny points and you come up against a rank 0 freep with five lines of the buggers. Thats why you're likely to get ganked by 20 wargs....

There is still hope.

Yeah, Monday was a rare treat. Its great when the opposing groups actually stay away from the GY/SB/WB drudgefest.

First time in this freep n' creep thread, but I just wanna say thank you to Lupu the Warg and Grazahk the War-leader (sp?) for the wonderful sparring last Monday. We were quite evenly matched, with the spar lasting around 7+ minutes until we nearly ran out of power!

Also thank you to Grazahk's group for not ganking me while I was standing idle waiting for Lupu to come back from a DC! Was quite fun to stand around with 6+ creeps while watching a random greenie try and gank me xD

Welcome to the thread, but just be a little bit careful where you spar. If its anywhere near a tactical position, like Lug x roads you are likely to get ganked. If its any of my tribe you will be. Best to spar out of the way like behind TR or at HH.

Can anybody explain to me why people spy, a couple of times when in one of Palis raids I have heard people offer to spy and Pali has quite rightly turned them down, Last night we where running a relatively small tribe raid and decided to open it up to all so we could try and take TA, got a few takers and I called for a group up back of the OC, while we where forming up hit by Freep raid so (almost) certain one of the non tribe raid members was spying. I disbanded and we went back to a tribe raid no more problems (got ganked but that was normal) so again why do people do it and do any creeps accept it or is it only Freeps who feel it's fun and fair? answers on a postcard and please do not attempt to write on both sides at the same time.

creep scouting is much better than freeps' so it isn't necessary also creep leaders are mostly old hat and don't like using spies.
I know some creeps use spies sometimes but as I said, it usually isn't necessary with the warg scouting network we have set up.

I dont think it is fair to say, that freeps in generally find spieing fun and fair! It does excist on both sides, as you point out yourself! I remember a night, where freeps where accused of using a spy, but it wasnt the case, we had a burg in the raid, that was lucky and spotted the creepraid. It can actually happen, that a brg get confused and find his way to ettens...
And no, spieing is not fun, maybe a little organised fights from time to time, to move action away from OC, WB... That has been working.

Honestly, both sides use spies. Ive seen multiple times someone saying something like "Gonna charge place x for the creep named thisandthat" and suddenly that guy has been look like hes been warned and is already on the other side of the map/hiding before the attack even happens. Just an example.. cant be bothered to list ALL the different examples of where spying is uses. Although its fun to troll around OOC for the spys sometimes when you can clearly see someone is spying... (Sorry!)

Also before creeps start telling me about how I only watch with freep glasses on... YES im sure creeps have the same problem, I have seen same kinda spy stuff happening on both sides.. so not saying its just tha Creeps

PS. Whats with the amount of wargs nowdays? Not saying its a bad thing since most drop 150 renownish per solo kill but soo soo many puppies! I see everyone has dusted theyr warg off the closet to get ready for Orions U6 wargs revamp?

Nope. They're mainly 2nd character newish wargs that are in a certain tribe .....depends what the freeps are doing, if they're willing to fight in the open you'll get a broader band of classes, but as in early evening they're normally camping OC or WB you'll get the wargs let out. Plus the fact Grimmjaws quite active these days so theres normally his pack on. As they are normally high ranked wargs that know what they're doing you'll soon know if you get hit by them.
