Seems that Turbine fixed the lag in the Moors with this update.
Today I had the worst lag ever.
Don't you appreciate the new dummy sales men??? They have acces directly to the store!!! A lot of outfits, not to use doing pvp... it is a must have!

The lag has been nothing short of horrendous these past few days. The other night was was so bad that the game was completely freezing up for me during the raid vs raid fights. I can normally play on Ultra High during raid fights, but even with my graphics turned down it was like a slide show. More common though are the little 'blips' where the game freezes for a second and people look like they are teleporting around or skills take what seems like an age to fire off. Most frustrating indeed.

You are all cordially invited to the worlds largest Ettenmoors battle, which will take place July 17th on the server Belegaer.
Meet-up is at 7:30 pm (Central European time) in Gramsfoot. The monster tribe “die Boehsen Orkze” is looking forward to a large number of participants.
In case of questions, please visit the Orkze forum: http://boehseorkze.forumprofi.de/index.php
W T F is going on with this fashion of corpsejumping? Seems to be spreading amongst the freeps bigtime. I got CJ'd by Iorick yesterday, I thought he was an experienced player not a 12 year old noob. Or am I mistaking him with someone else?
I didn't noticed that, but I almost ever got CJed.
Anyway think that there are a lot of newbies in the Moors these days, and maybe that's the answer.
If someone who has been killed by me 6 times that day start CJing me, I can understand, and not a problem. He feels happy and show his happiness by jumping over my corpse. Not big drama.
Coming from ranked players is different, mostly a lack of respect.
The way you play shows the way you are.

Just to point something out:
If you see an Invictus member corpsejumping (which is possible, since we have weird tribe traditions), the freep is most likely to be an Invictus member playing freepside. It's our way of saying "nehnehnehnehneh! You should have played creepside." Nothing more than that intended.
Yeah, I know Patrat does it but he's a wierdo anyway. I mean I can understand if you know the guy and do it just for a laugh, or its your first kill or something, I remember my first one I thought it was cool, but loads of people seem to do it now. I saw Anklebiter get killed the other night, she 1v1s with Mornano quite a lot. Mornano killed her and she was CJ'd by a creep! Funny thing was though, Mornano saw it and wiped him straight away. Nice to see some people still have class.

With Mornaro it's diffrent story. Creep maked mistake that appeared in Mornaro's line of sight.

roll a pack and gank them back to GV. Keep doing it every time you see them for a few weeks and either they will quit or never ever CJ you again.
Works best if the fool in question is a squishy class.
I do not really take being CJ'ed personally, but I consider that to be very bad manners in general and that is why I do not ignore it. The only way to deal with it is by fixing on the person in every possible combat situation and then jumping back. Recently it took me a month to teach a guy he will not get cj'ed back by me and having a permanent slow by my javelin sticking in his behind 100% of the time he gets in range, no matter how many lower ranked targets are around if only he stops cj'ing me after every gank.
As for those running away from me after attacking, I cannot withhold displaying my utter contempt for them in from of some very impolite complaints on OOC.

Pretty awful PvP last couple of days. Didn't even have the brushwood blowing across the empty town to kill last night. I know most people have left for GW2 but the last time it was this bad it was after RoI update. We got loads of new creeps but looks like freep numbers are dropping bigtime. Speaking to a few people in the creep raid last night, most people have had enough, not leaving for good but probably dropiing their accounts and just using FTP. Is it as bad freepside?
I've tried asking turbine 'customer support' (HAHAHAHAAA) but they were as clueless as usual. If I close my account and FTP, I don't want to lose my chars, can I re-activate my other chars using TP, and if so how much will it cost??? Sorry for such nub questions but I've had a paying account since the second day I played so know naff all about FTP.

People get bored of being ganked by packs, and last days creep have been zerging all day, raid vs soloers , and not even letting take freeps a single graveyard. You have no people to kill? Just look in your side for the guilties.
Last days everytime freep raid tried to take TR you defended with bigger numbers, no GY? People log. Wargs camping in packs GV? People log.
Understand I'm not QQing, I think everyone must play his way, but has to accept consequences and not complain.
There is another factor, the easymoders. You'll notice that there are a lot of people in creep side who came bcause they smelt the easy infamy, and love the easy zerg. You won't see them there in the hard days, when freeps roll over the map.
Yesterday logged my creep and there were 44 not anonymous, so more than 60 creeps online. Freep side had a raid of 13, a group of 4-5 and some soloers. And when freep raid fight with some creeps, wargs jump and kill everything.

Creep numbers seem to be higher than freeps (buff up) most nights and because of that those remaining freeps are discouraged to pvp, none of us like to be ganked constantly. The ride back from GV in itself becomes a huge drag.
Whats with the taking of TR all the time? Not only is pvp struggling the problem is being componded by making what freeps are left pvping hike further to get back to the action *giggles*.
When TR got taken lastnight I simply left the ettens.

If you are getting zerged, get a group of friends together and destroy them. A group of 6 well played freeps should get lots of kills against a zerg as most creep zergs involve about 10 under rank 5's. Get your ratting sorted, flank and watch them burn. I don't see enough horse charges by freeps, you just throw away your most useful weapon, mobility.
TR means zilch, fight for it if you don't want it to be taken and if there's a zerg, log instantly, or stay and organize some proper resistance.
Zergs in general also involve lots of soloers and people will know that any soloers in a freep raid get destroyed when I spot them with one of my groups.

Tried that, last night had a 2,3 and finally 6-man group, not sure if any solos followed me around,at the time there was maybe 10-12 freeps on,50+ creeps, running in to get one kill for to get wiped by CJing noobs gets boring real quick, creeps have killed the ettens simple, taking the likes of TR means nothing imo,but having a raid up when freeps have buff and around 10 soloers is simply sad, nice fights at the SOP Azshakh that extra healer did us though, what with the map point so near
If you are getting zerged, get a group of friends together and destroy them.
You wil get a couple of kills, no more, before all the group die. WL bubbling soloers, defilers healing them, and so on.
And ofc, light armors killed in the first 5 seconds with BA vital target+ Wargs.
Thats what you get when charge a ball of creeps with 6 freeps.
We are talking about ~60 creeps online. The best solution, log or go do PvE.
Or like most of the people are doing, log the creep and join the zerg.

Agreed, nice fights, especially in the beginning when we had even numbers. Nerfy was leading on his WL, though, not me. I was trying to kite all those champs trying to clobber my heals ^^.

No offence, Tinda, but this is exactly what we have been doing with our small tribe groups on creepside in the last months. We made it a sport to charge in against the odds, and kill 2-3 before we die gracefully.
We always grin when popping up at the GY and usually type in tribechat: "totally worth it". We laugh at those with high ratings, true Uruks and Orcs have high death counts. It's a change of mindset, really.
It is only annoying when you charge in and do NOT get any kills (with SWing GRDs denying us a bit of infamy before you can have our renown).

Wiat for the needed nerf, then you might get some fights.

Yep, but Invictus is made from different wood. You are friends playing together, you don't care about rating, stats, or dying, and you enjoy it. (And your creeps are really hard to kill)
It's no easy to make a group like this in freep side, you need a PvP Kinship playing freep and there is not atm.
Making it with casuals it's not gonna work.

I guess things descend into a destructive cycle. If you log on and your side is heavily outnumbered your less likley to hang around. I think both sides are guilty of "zerging" at one time or another.
I'm wondering if a bit of communication wouldn't ease our problems. I'm not sure about others but if there was some line of communication between the two side along the line of;
Creep: We have 24 in our raid.
Freep: We only have 14.
Creep raid: The Freeps need 3-4 to balance us out, anyone want to switch? Their leader is FreepX
(3 creeps volunteer)
Creep: 4 on their way, look for x,y,z
It's in everyone's interest to have a fair fight, the winners will have killed more as the opposition is larger, the looses actually get to kill something, everything was more fun. There are plenty of TS servers around you could use. (I even thing there was a Laurelin PvP specific one...)
But perhaps I am too naive, and there aren't enough people who are happy to switch sides(or should I say happy to switch to the loosing side), or people actually like zerging...

I don't mean to sound cynical, but this sort of thing ha been suggested many times over the years. It invariably comes to nought.

And this happens because all freeps log when you cant farm easily in small groups, most freeps only seem to want easy renown while hugging/farming ta or oc. I have to disagree with creeps forming raid to farm soloers, afterall thats what you guys do everyday in your small groups and then the same faces disappear when farming gets too hard. Dont try to act being that perfect pvp'er because you play just similarly as you stated in your post.
I think both sides are guilty of "zerging" at one time or another.
Thats a fact, and it's why QQ has no point, because both sides zerg when they can.
Don't forget, creeps today will be freeps tomorrow, but the zerg will remain.
Human nature.
