    Where is the Green Onion recipe?!

    One of my cooking recipes requires green onions, so I go to the Novice Farmhand in The Shire (Porto Brownlock) and he doesn't sell it. According the the lorebook he should sell it, but he doesn't. Am I missing something? Has this recipe been removed?

    it's one of the preloaded recipes you get once you reach a particular tier. this is why the vendor does not have it.

    IIRC, you have to be either tier 3 [expert] or tier 4 [artisan] farmer to be able to grow and harvest them.

    To clarify, it's a Tier 3 recipe.
