    Where do you get the Númenórean Sceptre Recipe?

    I tried all the coords from the following link and they all seem to lead to the middle of nowhere...

    You can buy this recipe from Legendary Recipes Vendor at Thorin's Halls Weaponsmith Guild.

    I just checked every vendor in the weaponsmiths guild hall and none of them sell this.

    I just checked now and the recipe is there for 600s. With ~170 recipes on the list you may have just overlooked it.
