Apologies if you already knew this, but you can get that for 910 Skirmish Marks from the Curiosities vendor in skirmish camps. This is probably your best option if you can't find a group.
I bring it up because 1G doesn't seem like enough incentive. 910 skirmish marks are worth far more, to anyone who doesn't need this item, than 1G. Furthermore, for anyone who wanted to farm this for you, they would have to get at least a couple friends even if they are 65, beat a drawbridge full of trash, a mini boss, and 3 major bosses just to get to the one that drops this item. 3 65s aren't going to do that for 333s.
Hopefully you get lucky and someone happens to have a spare one, but in the meantime, I suggest you start farming SMs or upping your gold offer.
