Just wondering how to extract legacies? and if you get any Li does that item get a chance to have every possible legacy on that item or is there 2 pools or something? I dont really get which ones you get part if you didnt realise.
You have to level a LI to 31 or higher before you can extract legacies. If you do so, on decon you can choose a single legacy of it and get a replacement scroll which you can use on another LI. They have level requirement (i.e. a legacy from a lvl 51-59 item can only be used on another item up to lvl 60).
There's no "pools" any more, but you have major and minor legacies. On identification every LI gets 3 majors, the reforges at 10, 20 and 30 get you 3 more, which are in most cases minor legacies. You have to be very lucky to be able to choose another 4th, 5th or even 6th major legacy. Majors can be replaced by majors or minors, minors can only be replaces by other minors, and they always start at tier 2.

Level 30. I typically take them to 31 because that is only another 20,000 item xp for a third age, you get better runes and relics. It is not necessary to go that one extra level.
Majors are easy. You id legendary items until you find an item with the major you want. Minors you have level the item and get them at the level 10, 20 or 30 reforge. You got a lot of items. You want minors. Take the items to level 10. Get the minor you want. keep it to 30 or 31. Does not have it, take it to 11 decon it. Try again. It does not take long to get items to 11.
