My account has a status premium.
I bought a GTC, brought the number to myaccount.turbine.som
I received a letter: "MyAccount @ Turbine: The Lord of the Rings Online (tm) Subscription Resumed!"
But my account remains a premium.
The record on this forum: GTC and Product Key Issues with Upgrades or Resubstsription, says: If you wait until after you account expires, you will have to contact support.
Is this enough entries to fix this problem?
