Power of the Eldar
G'day guys and girls,
I'm wondering of anyone has found a particular time where this skill/trait comes in handy? Maybe even a time that without the Power of the Eldar the whole team would have wiped?
I ask due to the fact that as an LM we have to try and keep an eye on everyone's power, specially the tank and healer. With an overload of RKs lately power is becoming a bit of a problem at times , and any skill that improves power is alright in my books (Apologies to RKs, just thought i'd take a stab at ya seeing as though everyne else is lately, you guys know i really love yas).
The Power of the Eldar grants the entire fellowship a 2% increase to their power. I.e. if you have 2K power you get +40 power,,,yep that's right, an additional 40 power,,you may be asking yourself why doesn't the entire middle earth population re-roll to an elf and slot the Power of the Eldar
But in all seriousness, does anyone know any trick that may increase this, i.e. slotting a particular trait line, stacking it, etc. ???
Just seems a bit of a waste other than the laughs you get when you say to everyone "OK, everyone get close, i'm about to unleash the Power of the Eldar, hang on tight" . Even the emote to use it is a bit fail.
Anyways, if you have any feedback/info on this, do tell.

Re: Power of the Eldar
Unfortunately it is what it is. 2% increase to power over 10 minutes. No more, no less. Honestly Elf racials are comparatively weak (unless you're a ??????? I suppose).

Re: Power of the Eldar
i thought i saw another racial trait for elves that increases the power by 5%? i remember thinkin to myself "wow a whole 7%!" think its a reward from completing something in vol 1 or some deed in carn dum or urugarth. not sure tho, would have to check it out. and yea, elf racials are kinda lame.

Re: Power of the Eldar
The only two elf racial traits that are useful for every class is our 1 hr CD that gives +75% parry chance and the Return to Rivendell warp.

Re: Power of the Eldar
Still can't believe they haven't nerfed Head Butt yet. Getting headbutted by a dwarf = instant death. Haven't been using it in the moors because it would just be unfair.

Re: Power of the Eldar
Lolz
Thx for the commas, my day is now more better (yeah thats right MORE BETTER)
Silvain shadows, hobbit stealth, and share the fun offer stealth to non-stealth classes. Creeps have nothing like this, long cd, bad stealth, or no. Stealth is huge in the moors. It says a lot that burgs are not the most hated freep class in parallel to the warg. Smaller numbers and the god-mode class shift that balance though.

Re: Power of the Eldar
remember how legolas would go crazy in the movies? killin 10 orcs with a bow in 5 seconds, swordfightin better than adam chang in shaolin vs. wu tang and running, catching up to then jumping all over a mumak. that should be power of the eldar.
power of the eldar: you move and attack with the greatest of speed and agility, while immune to damage from foes.
and i dont have any more commas. only semicolons

Re: Power of the Eldar
You know, I never thought of using elf stealth out there in the Moors... I think I'll have to try that one day and see how fast I'm seen. It should take me only a week to cross a bridge or sneak up on an unsuspecting creep to then yell boo!! Wonder if anyone would be scared of me?
