Hi, and welcome to Nesh Me Hanan’s advertisement post. We are a rank 10 kin that has been around since late September of 2010. The kin was founded by two leaders of a previous Kin, Maethor en Galad. Glorigon and Harrith both learned a lot in their past experience with Maethor. They knew how to recruit, how to amass a large, active group of players, among countless other lessons. But it was what they took from their failures that drove them to establish a new kin. Nesh Me Hanan was created as a casual kin and maintains that label to this day, and with fresh knowledge and experience to incorporate, the kin began to grow, and obtain an identity. As players joined, it soon became apparent that we were graced to have recruited many talented combatants, knowledgeable craftsmen and overall good people, which in turned produced a friendly environment. We now offer near daily raiding opportunites for those of you who enjoy endgame content.
Nesh Me Hanan has been incredibly lucky in these regards. Players have come and gone, but new players have always been coming in and keeping our legacy alive. Today, we are one of the most active kins on the Landroval server. Let us share several tidbits of information on why we think you might like our kin.
Kin Activity: We boast a considerable collection of talented and active players. We are active nearly 24/7, around the world, giving Nesh Me Hanan an international culture. We also can say that we have over 100 players that have logged in the past two weeks. We are not satisfied with these numbers, however. While we will always maintain our casual label and environment, we also encorporate end-game raids and instances. If you are interested in running end-game raids in a kin where you're needs are as important as everyone else's, and not have to hope and pray you win a lucky roll, then Nesh Me Hanan is worth looking into for you.
Variety: Level-wise, we come in all different shapes and sizes. While we have plenty of end-game characters, we also have players anywhere from 15 and up, so whether you’re into raiding or starting over, you’ll have companions to play with. Take for example, some of these quotes we received on our applications:
Why you want to join our kin:
"I am seeking a kinship that has members on when I am. My current kinship I am lucky to see one person on (and it is always the same person). I enjoy being a part of a community of players, and assisting them as they assist me in kind. This game, more than most, benefits well from a good community. I have noticed many members of your guild online and even had the pleasure of grouping with some."
Why you want to join our kin: "[...] reason why i want to join is because your a very large, social, and friendly kin. So far my stay has been great, everyone is very nice and helpful. Everything any person should look for in a kin."
Why you want to join our kin: "Completed some low level quests with some Nesh Me Hanan players in Eren Luid and they were decent people, answering questions and helping everyone get necessary quest items. And then I got to Bree Town and saw heaps more players so I think it'll be a decent kin to join. And you guys have an unusual kin name too."
Social Services: Nesh Me Hanan offers many benefits to its members. We have multiple events each week and open meetings so everyone has a chance to be heard. We also have a crafting guild in which players can trade crafting items from loots in for more relevant supplies, and so that crafters in the kin may get experience in leveling while supplying everyone else with the best gear available as they level. We believe our kin is at its best when everyone has all the equipment they need. We also have a Merchant Guild, which comprises members who regularily invest in the AH or rune investment outlets (NeshWeap is run by us)Our community is very friendly so if you’re into the idea of everyone helping everyone, then you may like Nesh Me Hanan.
Kin Neighborhood: We have 2 unoffical kin neighborhoods for our kinsmen to live in. It's good to know your neighbors!
Kin Policy and smaller tidbits: Nesh Me Hanan has one and only one rule: Respect Others. When one considers what respecting fellow players means, it makes having other restrictions unnecessary. We do not have an age limit, but most of our members are older people (adults). We feel that this is because the rule we have in place centers attention on how we treat others rather than what we get for ourselves. Any man/woman would help a friend over a stranger any day. Respect is an essential ingredient in friendship, which often ties in with unselfishness. Our Philosophy is that being unselfish will get us further than looking our only for numero uno. If you are like the latter, then you probably wouldn’t like Nesh Me Hanan. Nesh Me Hanan is also structured centrally, that is, policies and day to day regulation is conducted by officers. Rather than one person calling the shots. Kinsmen who have shown their worth may one day gain a seat at the voting table, allowing them to help shape how Nesh Me Hanan grows.

Why you want to join our kin: I was approached by one of your kin last week while I was questing in Farochel. They IM'd me and asked me if I'd be interested in joining the guild. At the time I wasn't sure how much time I'd be able to devote to LOTRO and didn't want to commit to a guild and then not be around often for them. The person who I spoke to was extremely polite and gracious and assured me that casual gaming was accepted with your kinship. I told them I'd think about it and if I decided to stick with LOTRO and be able to devote enough time to it, I'd look you guys up first. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the person I spoke with, but was impressed with how professional and respectful they were to me, and I appreciated that they didn't just spam me an invite without whispering me first. I also saw your posting on the LOTRO forums and liked what you guys have to offer as a guild, so I would be interested in joining if you guys are accepting any more applicants.
Why you want to join our kin:
Well, I did some looking and you seem like a good fit in three areas: personality, size and organization. I want a kin that has "enough" members (e.g active folks, various levels, doing fellowship quests, doing raids). I was in a small kin which was perfectly nice, but I started seeing the need for a bigger group come up more and more. I suppose I grew into the need or a bigger kin.
Nesh Me Hanan has offically registered with the SWTOR website and will have a full functioning kin within the game when it is released. We will be nearly identical in how we run both kins with minor tweaks being made for the differences between the two MMO's. We are dedicated to providing a quality gaming experience for our members as well as being exicted that we have the chance to expand our operations. this does not mean that less attention will be given to Lotro by us. On the contrary, we will be accpeting all applications for membership and will be looking for officers to help speed up the process of setting up our new Guild. If you are interested in joining or have any questions you may check out our website or go to SWTOR's website and look us up. Good luck and safe travels!
A tip for all those participating in the event hosted on our website: The meaning of our anme is one of the following three:
1: Makers of the Path
2: Seekers of Light
3: Forgotten Warriors
I joined this kin with a friend a few weeks ago and I have say they are a great bunch of folks. There is a nice balance of casual to raid play available. I definitely recommend taking a look if you need a cozy, warm home.
