Silken Robe of Golden Splendor

Left: typical outfit, typical figure. Right: new Silken Robe of Splendor, more or less rectangular person.

Is this what the new anniversary robe is supposed to look like (sleeves stuffed with cotton, female figure... questionable), or should I be /bugging this?
