I treid to submit a bug in game using /bug filled everything out. It would not send that I know of. I tired twice am going to use the forums to send it in.
Since the latest update it would seem the bug reporting tool in game is not working and/or running very slowly. When using /bug or going through the F7 page I just get a white screen for this and mylotro.
Questions to Kehleyr
I have more than one Turbine Account (NA and EU), which one should I use for bug reports ingame?
The one the current character is on or always this "main" forum account?

Unfortunately, when the forums are experiencing issues so will the Bug Reporting Tool, whether you are using the ingame commands or not.

The forum account you use to report the bug from really doesn't matter as long as all the character and game information provided in the bug are relevant to the issue.
Is the bug reporting tool used for this community site as well? I've yet to encounter any major bugs within the game so have nothing to report for it. My bug is related to the character info accessed through my.lotro.

Be aware though that there are numerous known issues with the community site that have not been addressed literally for years wha exactly is your issue?
None of my characters ever show up in the character log. I have 6 active characters on the withywindle server. The youngest character I've had for at least a month. For the signature, lotteries and leaderboards it says I have no characters at all.
I've done a lot of searches and have seen many posts regarding this problem but I've never found a solution.

You are welcome to use this tool for Community Site bugs, yes. The categories for MyLOTRO and Lorebook are not offered with this report form, but you can just select the 'OTHER' category and clarify as part of the bug description.
I need help I had to delete lotro to reinstall it it was running slow now i cant download it because it needs pando media booster and the pmb is glitched an comes up as an error it is verry stupid to need it to install lotro because it wont help your lotro ingame run faster and on some comps it wont even let you have it so you cant play it not a wise move to have it needed
with my hunter i have dropped the burglar classitem in GHG, since two weeks i unsuccessfully wrote tickets and bug reports, but no GM called me.
i've heard from other players that they have changed the item by a GM during 5 minutes after writting a ticket..
I'm really angry about that, because i go and go into this instance and then i found a good item but from the other class. And its a mistake of lotro lootingsystem that my hunter dropped this nad not my false.
