There already exist a Extraordinary gem and rune that add to partial mitigation and avoidance and contributes to a stat, however there is none to be found for settings (excluding old relics). This would offer players who wish to focus completely a mitigation/avoidance build at the cost of other areas the option to do so. The 200 morale is interchangeable with +22 vitality ( in order to keep the consistency of these settings/gems/runes focused for partial build)
