Good fights to both of you . Always like fights that are decided by very small factors. And I see Faja, :P. Look forward to 1v1's to you and to everyone(1v1's > most any type of fight imo)

Fighting champs and guards is a nice change of pace vs. the kiting rk's


They spend all this time trying to fight me, then the minute i turn around........they start running away! Argghhh

Good fights Dozer, kiting your epic melee damage was necessary =)

Wish i could have gotten some good fights from Greenhorne.... he kept running from me while I was fighting him inside TA...../sigh.

Nah, just waited for other creeps to find me before charging for a 3rd time.

Check out the "good 1v1 threads" on other servers. They only bother mentioning good 1v1s, otherwise it becomes a sour QQ fest and gets locked, I don't want to police this sh*t but I also don't want it severely derailed and locked.

So I was strollin out a the rez on my reaver and I get a stealth hit right. So i stop and start AOEing and out pops >>>Insert Burg Here<<<< and we start going at it. Things start going south and up goes TnG and what da ya know? another burg pops out and kills me while the other burg runs around in circles out of my range.

WTB burgs that 1v1, or just don't make hypocritical posts for that matter.

(Oh but you were just gankin the rez and he popped out, weren't actually looking for a 1v1? Maybe that creep wasn't looking for a 1v1 either).

When I posted last your post wasn't up (not recently refreshed) I need the PvMP community to know I wouldn't duo with a hobbit on my burg and I wasn't the second burg!!1

Thanks for th 1v1 the other day dozerwith my guard, healed 2 times each no pots no man heal.

So I was in Scarwood Reach on my Warrior and I see this Guardian Rogue killing an NPC, I wait for him to regen and "jump". He runs away :/ Oh wait, wrong game, nvm.

You can easily make lotro similar to rift, perma insert walk and only use half of your skills.

nice fights as always call, your gonna have to make me think of a strat to fight a hunter....that just sounds so fail

Good fights today from Butta, Rhnyin, Dozer, and the spider who's name escapes me.... still waiting on a fight from Greenhorne, the day will come.

For the record - when you are the one calling for 1v1s:
Pouncing an unprepared sitting freep on CM - no.
Pouncing an "afk" toon outside a 1v1 circle - no.
QQing about how unfair a fight it is when a Hunter goes into stealth before a 1v1 - coming from a freakin warg who only starts each fight with a stealth pounce - no.
When a freep and another creep are jumping signalling they are about to start a 1v1 and engage, that is not an invitation for you to pounce the freep - no. Bad dog! Outside!

I doubt the warg reads the forums but i just wanna say the 1v1s were arranged beforehand in ooc, so i swapped to my guard and facemelted him 3 times.

U no, since this thread is up, i might as well recall some 2v2's

Fight #1: Don't laugh. Its tru and really happened
Fight #2: This was more of a fight, even Droilan was in it! Happened outside GV, right past the camp, where the ridge slopes downwards and it's all green, with trees and bushes. Happened to be where I decided to hide. Happened to find some freeps who also decided to hide there. >.> Go figure
Oh, and i was already recalling this fight from another thread. Im using different wording tho :-)

U no how noobs are always checking up on Stab and EC? Ya, well, I happened to be in the area, merely passing by, mind u, and next thing u no i get ganked by a burg and an LM at the same time!, on my way from Stab to TR.
So i ran to the trees, playing guerrilla warfare w/ the 2 of them. I rooted, they tried to stun (and kill me btw), and after tons of fire dots, cheap running, sad stuns, and some really nice roots on that LM (or perhaps his defence sucked... or even more likely, he WANTED to be rooted ), a warg intervened Then he died 3 seconds l8er.
That doesn't matter, when they piled him, i pounded the LM to death, then moved onto the burg, who still tried to kill me, but then found it was a waste, and hipsed into EC. I remember taking a few steps into EC, but the NPC's were gonna kill me, so I ran back to Stab. And as I was running, I look into my re-view mirror and guess who i see? Its the burg, just standing there like some creepy phantom out of the Delving.
No i made up that last part, but that would've creeped me out anyways.

Outside GV. So me (r5 BA) and a blue WL were going up to GV, lurking through the bushes just in case. Dunno where the raids were... not sure if any were out... u no, they don't really answer when u ask if theres a raid out... So ya, we were outcasts, but i used to take on outcasts alot. This proves right, just listen.
So as I went behind and through a bush, to take a look at the NPC camp (technically the WL was the scout, but he was too slow, so he's about 90m behind me atm), a burg appears in front of me and stuns me! I recover, root, run around and fire dot. We duo'd for a bit, roughly 10 sec, fighting evenly, when i get a heal The burg changes track to get the WL, but I root it (her) and fire dot again. Then darnit, Droilan comes up behind me and i start to see slashin swords going everywhere. I focus on rooting and dot-ting him, while the WL takes the Burg. After my 2nd (or 3rd?) succesful root on droilan (hard as hell, BA's know... but not impossible), i switch to the burg, get another heal (thank god), and together, well, okay the WL dies 1st, then the Burg gets my fire dot, and death is obvious for her. I got swords slashing through me, the burg ran and hipsed for some reason. Im trying to re-root the champ, then the burg dies and i get flying purple numbers. I f it and manage a fire dot b4 i die, and as 2 creeps watch, the champ does this brushing motion on his clothes (or is that just my imagination?) and then walks away w. like, 300 health.
