Not sure about the Thespian Deed as Rhidden was the one who worked on that.
The time frame on receiving the mail should be approximately 30 days after completing the final quest to help Daley Utteridge and Gareth Rust. I don't know the exact number off the top of my head (sorry).
I was wondering if there was any further update on this issue? Specifically, when are we going to be awarded the thespian title (and its associated deed) for having completed all the GLOBE theater deeds during the past yule festival?
Isengard if you are lucky. Otherwise it will be the Update that brings the new content for Winter Festival 2011 late this year.
This is pretty standard operating policy for Turbine. The content is not active. Turbine does not feel any pressure to provide fixes. It is not like the lack of the Turbine Points or title has any game play effect. Most festival problems get fixed for the next festival. Three months for things like horse races. Annually for seasonal festivals.
Odds are the fix is in the code base. Management will not allow it to be included in a live candidate. Turbine management is probably like all the companies I worked for. They do not read or post on forums. They have more important things to do.

Most likely this. If it's not there by the next Yule festival, it will probably never be. Can't believe it's been so long and it's still not here and probably won't be soon.
