I am also getting the same error message when trying to access My Preferrences

When trying to access My Blog and Kinships Panel

This has been posted in many threads, and still no info as to when, or IF, it will be fixed

I'm getting the same error message as well. Hopefully they'll find a way to turn the info back on for all of us!

Same here. Error message trying to access character settings & unable to access my blog. Fix please.

Could I get a fix as well? I'm also having the "inconvinence" error.

After my characters began to show up a few days ago, I'm also getting

Error: An error occurred while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience.

since a few hours, when I'm trying to access "My Character Settings" "Characters" or "Kinships".

I am also getting an error when trying to access character settings, a fix would be greatly appreciated!

I get the same error.
I also have the "infinite loop" issue with "My Blog" (though I'm unable to post in the appropriate thread as any link there will log me out...)

However on the bright side, I've finally got my sig working /heropose

yep so far that is the only bit of "My Preferences" that is working

People are writing Blogs, as shown on MyLotro Home page.
But we can't view them to read or rate.

In my Character Listing, Snowbourn Server is still NOT showing up, despite logging the toons in daily (just to check)

NO characters have shown up on My Characters even though I have logged them in multiple times over the last three weeks. I didn't expect anything to show right after the transfer from EU re: Turbines statement, but 50 days out from the transfer?! All my characters are on Snowbourne at this stage not sure if it is an issue they are working on with Snowbourne or if I should submit a ticket. Any advice would be appreciated.

When you look unter the "leaderbords - skirmishes" you can test every server and you will see, that the 3 following servers have yet no data:

- Snowbourn- GB
- Vanyar - D
- Morthond - D

My Characters are on Morthond and i am looking every day if there is an update. None so far :-(

It is about time to get some info about the process here and a timeline, when it will work. At least from the last info from Sapience it should all be working since the beginning of this week.

So give us please an update!

In for a penny....... I am also getting the 'Error: An error occurred while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience' messgae when trying access and My Preferences and Characters. Please can i jump on the 'please fix me' band wagon.

same here , mylotro page doesn't seem to know if it's coming or going , one day i can add a friend , the next day their gone am getting a feed about the existing friends , generally the page won't allow me to access posts etc , much like a lot of the previous posters . Was wondering if there's a general fix in the works or if it's being done on a case by case basis ?

Same error occurs when Im trying to view one of my characters (all on Belegaer). They are all listed in the character section, but when I want to view char-details, I get the same message as shown above.

Has been this way ever since the chars are listed.

I think this thread answers everything.
Problem: Minimum one of your chars of your account is in a kin wich got migrated from EU which causes this problem.
Solution: None right now. There is no ETA for this bug to get fixed.

Slight correction on your problem: It's not only characters that were in a kin which got migrated from EU.
As far as I know Sons of Durin was never on an EU Server (being at Nimrodel) and the only one of my characters which is in a kin (and ever was in a kin) is my Nimrodel-character Shriya which is in the Sons of Durin Kin. I've got one other character on this account on the same server (Sheherezi), but she's not in a kin, nor has she ever been in a kin. All other characters on other servers are merely alts who have never been and never will be in a kin.
So...... NOt only former EU kinship members are effected by this problem.

And yes, I am absolutely 100% sure that Shriya is my only character in a kin.

But you have to differentiate the bugs.
Your bug seams to be one which happened sometimes on NA accounts before migration of EU Servers.
The bug I mentioned and most of people have is the kinship bug. This kinship bug disapears when chracters leave the kins which are affected!

I reported it long time ago, and again today, but no reply yet.

I'm suffering from the same problem, but strangely it's just with my main char. All of my others (on the same server but different Kin) aren't affected. Can't see my mains Kinship info either. And I get the same message on occasion when I'm searching for another player.

I think its a global problem. I cannot enter either. n it doesnt show the real info in my signo.

I heard of a certain god wandering through these forums, his name is said to be Duwis. Duwis do grant me my wish and make it so I can finally access "my character settings". Many-a-dwarf will blow the froth off their ale-cask while shouting your name in praise!

It is the same problem with me (My Character Setting and My Blog returning an error).
I would really be glad if it could be fixed.
