Thread: Cannot access My Characters Setting

I am having a lot of issues with My Characters Setting. It messes up my My.lotro Homepage. I cannot change my main, as I cannot access My Profile. Help!

Get errors as well.

I called Turbine Account Support last Friday, 2/9/2011 and was told to submit a support ticket with a different help division. A week and I still haven't heard back. This affects all sorts of things, including my access to Bullroarer. I can post a blog, but no one can see it, because they cannot look at my profile. It is obviously a database error, because I can my kin mates do not share the issue. Help!

I'm having the same problem. I keep getting an error whenever I try to access my settings.

Having the same problems.

Cannot access my character settings or any of my characters except one.
And that one I created after the transfer from Codemasters.

Mine doesnt seem to work either on 2 characters and i seem to have gotten a levelless char for free any chance for a fix?

I have the same problem, have never worked (since eu mitigation).

Same problem here for months now, cannot access to most of my characters.
Keep getting the "Error: An error occurred while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience." message when I try to use My Character Settings, My Blog or My Blog Admin page.
