Thread: You have no characters that are currently eligible to enter the Lottery

I have multiple characters that range from level 15 to 65. I find it hard to believe that I do not have any characters eligible to enter the lottery. Do you have to be "free to play" or something to enter. I am VIP, lifetime member/founder. I have tried multiple times to enter and get the same message each time, "You currently do not have any characters eligible to enter the lottery". What gives...anybody have an answer???

From looking at your post count it appears you are posting from a new account......your characters are linked to your main account, not this one so they won't show up when you're logged onto this one.

Some people have the 2 accounts together so if this is the case you should have an arrow next to where it says "Logged in as *****" at the very top right of the screen just under the windows border (small print). If you have an arrow you can switch accounts that way and they should show up.

That's probably just because theres no lotteries on. Theyre only on weekends and Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (Until 11.00AM)

So I get the same message every time i try to eneter any lottery. This message is all that ever happens. I noticed the different time posts of other threads. I have the widget, what more must be done to participate. Appreciate any and all help.

The next scheduled lottery is 5pm (ends Wednesday 11am). So outside a flash lottery, they're no lotteries to enter right now.

I"ll check back as I tried to enter before 11am with no luck. I have thw wigget my self but says I have no char or lotteries to enter. I am on my main account. I just don't post very much. I also ask what else you need to do for this to work?

I am having the same problem I have 11 alts - however, this is the ONLY account I have. Since it keeps telling me I am not eligible I can not enter the lottery and no one seems to know how to help me

You may only have one account but you could have 2 forum accounts/names. Look up at the top (way up there, just below the bookmark bar) where it says "Logged in as Joy", if you see a little arrow next to it then click it and change to the other name then try to enter.

Sorry, that's the only solution I know - hope you get it resolved

A friend of mine had this problem, and rang customer service, who were able to resolve it for her fairly quickly- apparently it is a known bug with lifetime accounts/founder accounts.

I would suggest contacting Turbine rather than posting further here, as a response is more likely that way.
