How do you get to Goblin town?
I'm frustrated with this! I tried going West in the Misty Mtns and run into an instance doorway and I've tried east through the Giants (Iobar), but haven't figured out how to get there! Can someone give me some guidance?
Thanks

Re: How do you get to Goblin town?
1. Do you have the Misty Mountain QP? Or are you a VIP? I'm not sure if you can get into that Instance without either.
Assuming the answer is Yes on either of those... the long, but easier to find (IMO) entrance is by following the path to the Left of the dwarf/elf encampment (not the right, downward slope). Just continue following that and you will eventually find yourself going down (eventually, after a lot of twists and turns). Once you're on "level ground" again, just go (to the right) around where you ended up on and you'll find one of the entrances. There is another one, at the same path but higher, but harder to describe lol.Retired.

Re: How do you get to Goblin town?
For location coordinates there are several good resources.
Lotro-Wiki.com has a good description and coordinates for you http://www.lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Goblin-town
You can also find some maps on Allakhazam.com http://lotro.allakhazam.com/db/geogr...?lotrarea=1834 I did click on the map to filter and unselected everything. In the drop down menu for area, select Goblin town and it appears as a colored square on the map.
You go west to Northern High Pass then head north.
Good luck!

Re: How do you get to Goblin town?
Goblin Town is in the North West corner of North High Pass, in Misty Mountains.

Re: How do you get to Goblin town?
The golin town throne room is a small instance that requires mm quest pack or vip. Goblin town itself can be entered as f2p.

Re: How do you get to Goblin town?
Knowing the coordinates is good, but finding it can still be difficult. If you're on the high route (a long path starting beside the dwarf camp (Vindurhal, at the summit of the 'Northern High Pass' 23.3S, 4.3E), it winds its way across the eastern face of the mountains), once you get to the hill face north of the goblin camp (below you), remember to stop regularly and look behind you. Turbine did a great job at hiding the entrances - so that if you're only going forward along a path you won't actually see the off-shoot towards the entry, just because of how the ground lies (sneaky).
Otherwise, you leave the dwarf camp and head east down the road. Turn left (north) when you hit the bottom. Travel pretty much directly north and you'll find an opening low down between the rocks - to the left of the path that leads upwards onto the hill face.
That's the best I can do from memory - hope it helps.Zaergrat: rank 8 reaver

Look at the map on the linked page.
Go from Gloin's camp (B) to the Whitcleft (6), then go east to the High Pass (the gap in the mountains at location D). On the left of that gap is a ramp you have to climb, to the right is a frozen lake and a goblin camp - better not get lost in there
From the High Pass, first find your way to Hrimbarg (E, you can see it already from very far away) and get the stable. Then go north to F. The entry to Goblin Town is a bit hidden in an opening below the landscape; it's directly east of the goblin camp outside.
"HELP!!!!??" is not an appropriate thread title.
