Thread: Good 1v1 Thread!

Thank you for the fun 1v3 by north lugz hill last night. It was an exciting fight. I saw a downed squishy hunter who I was about to rez and a puppy (evils/unseen?) jumped me. After his health got low and he ran off I rez’d the hunter. Right afterwards I had 2 puppies jump me (thx Ati for joining in). They both ran off again after I blew a couple cooldowns and their health got low. Then they regrouped and added a third puppy to attack me. Unfortunately I couldn’t quite handle 3 puppies…but I gave it a good try.

When oh when will puppies stop running off and let me get some renown once in a while? It truly gets old! Next time I’ll bring less squeaky toys to attract the pack.

Andrainian (sp?) - Awesome fight last night near Lugz! Blue map and I managed to get you down below 150. Would have been a double death fight if you hadn't gotten that heal off befire the next tic on my bleed! Dang it!

Nice fights, your guard hits so hard though... Did not expect that coming from a rank 5. Keep it up! Good to see more guards out in the 'moors. Might have to ask you for a few tips on my own guard.

how much renown was he worth? I love 1-1's and will continue to try them. So frickin hard to win any in this update though. nigh impossible against most classes even with rank... unless reaver

That was a crazy fight Goold. I'm honestly shocked at how much self healing a Hunter can do with that heal proc ring and agile rejoinder. I'll have to do some serious work for next time since I'm sure it won't be 3 or 4 red OPs then.

That was brave of you to attack me yesterday. I was a bit surprised that you ran before dying since clearly you are now quite the 1v1er. Though the kind of good 1 v1 part was when you came back minutes later and died with honor when you interrupted my map out attempt in true warg style..

Naug welcome to the "Good" 1v1 Thread. I am curious if your talking about when I Disappeared to reaply a stun on you if you took that as running away?

I stayed when I had 348 HP left for you to finish me but you stopped attacking. I sprinted due to the Loremaster coming up from the rez behind you.

When he left I stunned so you can finish me.

All about perspective man.

Truce man. I honestly put you on here because I said it was kinda a good 1v1. In that I did respect the fact that you actually attacked me knowing you had no chance. I don't think it was your intention to come back since the only time you did was when I started mappping out, which was a deliberate trick I used because for some reason wargs cannot resist interrupting someone mapping out. If it was because of an LM that I did not see than so be it, my bad. My issue was solely that you and Neck were not fighting because you didn't want to feed freeps. That seems to be solved now so I have no issue with you man. Keep bringing it.

I'm glad I was able to give you your first 1v1 yesterday by the slugs. I enjoyed it immensely--it is a pleasure to fight a champ who stands and fights.
That, and I always enjoy chewing on freeps that are either in the Bounders or GHMS.

Hey Nymwe, sorry about what happened the other day. It was a good start, but there's just too much traffic at GTA to get a proper Warleader fight without an interruption. Hopefully we meet again very soon.

Thanks for the 1v1 the other day Depredater (sp?) it was my first 1v1 in 3 months and i just started playing only a few minutes

before that so thanks for helping me remember the rotations. (i used everything wrong skill lol). Before that i was in middle of

remapping my skills and i couldnt remember where i had them previously until after that fight i remembered so thanks.

And big thanks to your buddy caviezel~1 for not jumping in and i thought honor was lost amongst landy lol.

Thanks for the fights, Aklionyu, and sorry I couldn't give you more of a challenge. I am struggling to understand reavers... seems like whenever I get close to one, I die in a flurry of steel and blood. Hoping for more reaver 1v1s in the near future, so I can figure out some better tictacs!

Awesome fight last night. That double kill was amazing, had the outposts have been even you would have solidly won that first bout. You too whomever that warg was. I forgot your name, but you were the r8 guy who beat me down that first fight and gave me a nice battle when you pounced me at the WTA ford. I CJ'd you for your bravery in pouncing a champ, not out of disrespect. I only CJ Uhtred and Morelaen out of disrespect, all other CJs are just me saying hi to people who were bringing the fight.

Great fights today. You would have had me on that 2nd one if I didn't have that extra outpost. You fight great as a warg, and I appreciate you bringing the fight even when the odds are against you.

Some nice fights at gta today was fun being able 2 wipe the dust off my wl and get some nice 1v1's in.

Thanks for the individual fights, it was a lot of fun. Especially the fight against you Nymerica, that potentially could have lasted forever.

Nice fights Soverign, I think your hunter is being played very nicely again. Keep it up!
