Thread: Finding ingredients I need

Hi:

I'm new. Level 23 Elf Hunter. Just getting into woodworking and for some of the better recipes I need things I cannot make. I've searched the AH but can't find them. For example I need iron bands.

What is the best way to find what I am looking for?

They are crafted by a metalsmith, so find a friendly one, Iron Band for the mats required.

Journeyman Metalsmiths are the ones that make Iron Bands.

My main is an Elven woodworker as well and I had to do some researching before I found out that I needed help from a Metalsmith to get Iron bands for the Brace recipe. That kind of sucked for me 'cause I couldn't find anyone on to help me so I bought a 3rd char slot and created a metalsmith myself. It was the more expensive way to go but it solved my problem permanently and allows me to enjoy the Guardian Class.
