    Turbine Support Email

    Whats the email address for turbine tech support?
    I recently got a pre paid credit card. Registered it at the credit cards website. Went to update my payment info in the Lotro store. It says
    "Unable to update billing information try again later"
    I try again later and i now have 3 charges for 1$ each taken off my credit card and I haven't gotten a damn thing yet.
    All I want to do is buy some frigging points before the sale is over.

    when i log in,the game will work but when i try to make my figure, the back ground is black and it wont let me continue my figure creation.What should i do?
