Thread: Where is the task board in Enedwaith?

A friend and I have been playing on a new server. We've just returned to our level 65s on our old server where we had just started doing quests in Enedwaith. We've been looting items that say they can be turned in for tasks but we've not seen a task board in the three quest hubs we've visited. And I've checked the lorebook guide and it doesn't have Enedwaith tasks listed.

Is there a task board in Enedwaith and if so where might we find it?

AFAIK there is none. I think the last one is in Eregion.

There is no Tasks Bulletin Board in any region of Moria, Lothlorien, Mirkwood, or Enedwaith.

Though I'm disappointed with the answer, thanks for the quick responses. We had hoped to use the tasks to help us with reputation in Enedwaith. But as that seems impossible I'll just sell all that junk to the vendor.

Has this lack been resolved? I'm getting a lot of drops in Enedwaith that look like they can be turned in for tasks. What's up with that?

Free money . The task items are useless once you hit level 50 (I think?) and there aren't any more tasks, but they stack nicely in your bags and add up fast.

Some of the bits you collect in Enedwaith you can hand in at Galtrev for men of Dunland rep.

Are you saying there's a task board in Dunland?

I'm currently holding back on leveling several toons because of the lack of tasks after level 53, (yes it's 53 people).

There is, in Galtrev.

Can you still get them, (the task quests) at level cap? (I'm so busy grinding tasks and crafting stuff atm i'm not getting much levvling done so i haven't got there yet). Or do you outlevel them before that?

A lot of drops, like "Gorgeous Ears", are marked as being things one can turn in for tasks. However, I can't identify any tasks for doing so. I gather there aren't any such?

Yes, some of the drops that the tasks in Galreth/Dunland ask for -- like Bent Metal Maces or whatever they're called -- drop in Enedwaith too. But I was asking about all the OTHER Enedwaith drops that are marked as being stuff you can turn in for a task.

When tasks were introduced, ALL the monster bits were labeled as potential turnins for tasks, whether or not there is actually a task. I suspect it's a flag set in the database on that particular asset type - rather than code each individual item, Turbine set the entire group.

Annoying for us now, but if they retro in some task boards, they don't have to re-code anything, saving time later.
