What is the best weapon for a Captain? I think a two-handed sword since you get the race trait 2% extra damage with swords. Then what is better trait slots? Leader of Men, Hands of Healing, or Lead the Charge? I cant decide, between those, right now i just mix them up.

Weapon varies depending upon what your doing. For a general weapon, 2H sword works well. There are also times when I use a halberd, or go sword and board. However, if you find an LI that is optimal for what you are doing, go with whatever the LI is.

Traits also depend upon what you're doing, and how well your geared. Lead the Charge works well for a solo trait line, and I've been using LtC for most 6 man, and some 3 man instances.
I tend to use a 4red/3blue traiting for the 'Moors.
Leader of Men is a very good traitline for raiding, especially if your in the DPS group. However, you really need to have a maxed ToArms legacy on a weapon to maximize one of your buffs.
Hands of Healing works extremely well for healing 3 mans - some are confident enough in their healing ability to heal 6 mans, I personally don't like to, but that's a call for the player. HoH is a good default raiding build too.
As far as traits go, experiment, and learn which combinations work the best.
Very few of the class traits are not worth the effort to get, and the only legendary trait not worth earning (in my opinion) is one of the collect page legendaries..... so you might as well get it anyways, since you're working on 2 other legendary traits at the same time.
