Discussion: How long does it take to get TP frmo Deeds?

I have completed one deed (The one in the Man starting area where I completed some quests)
I got a reminder that I got 10 TP but when I checked, i didn't get it .
I chcked again today and still none, is something wrong or do I have to be more patient?

If you are going to get it. You get it within 10 seconds. I have noticed that sometimes I have to log out and log in to get to fully register.

IMHO - The system is not rock solid. I doubt everybody gets all their points every time. Not sure how you would get compensation because the implementation does not provide any mechanism like a bank statement that you can review and talk to them about.

The final problem is that free and premium players do not have customer support access. If something goes wrong there is nothing they can do. I could as VIP complain. I do not have the patience to try and manually keep track of it. Spend the time fussing about 5 - 20 cents worth of points.

It is only when I spend 50 dollars to add points. Or when I buy something from the store that I check. It is not worth my time to fuss at them about math errors. They do not do some of the math right. The sticker in some cases is one or two points lower than what you will actually be charged. Turbine rounds one way on the sticker. Rounds the other way for the charge price.

I got gimped out of some points for the Thorin's Hall reputation deeds this week due to coding errors in the deeds. I wrote a bug report. I do not expect I will ever get my points.
