    Gameplay/FPS is VERY choppy

    Whenever i play Lotro no matter what graphic settings im on ill have about 30fps however it is EXTREMELY choppy.

    Its not smooth at all and i dont know why. My other computer that is a piece of trash can run this game better than this 1.

    My computer setup:
    Processor: Intel core2 duo CPU E4500 @2.20GHz
    3.0GB RAM
    Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 2400

    any help appreciated:]

    Not only is that a 3+ year old chip, it's also a value-line card that's bottom of the barrel for performance. Even so, it should perform fairly smooth with lower graphics settings at moderate resolutions.

    Two things would help us troubleshoot your performance issues:
    1. DXDiag report
    2. HijackThis report
