When making some jewelry, there is a tab where a crit reagent can be used to improve the crit chance. When smelting ore, there is also a crit tab but I can't find out what can be used there. It seems that it it meaningless. Any info on this?
There are no crit materials for prospector. The tab activates to show you that you have the possibility to crit, but the chance is a flat 5% chance. (There are some other recipes that don't have crit materials - scholar crafting journals, for example)
The tab is just still there because that's the mechanic of the crafting panel.
