Guide: Inn League delivery quests w/o a hunter, in less than an hour.
Greetings all. I spent some time yesterday timing travel routes and planning out a path that would enable me to do all the inn league delivery quests in less than an hour, and with only one map use, so I thought I'd share. I've only done one test run so far and had to make a few corrections along the way, so it was by no means an optimal run. However, I still managed to do it all in just under 52 minutes. Hope you find this useful:
------------------------------------------------ Preparation:
------------------------------------------------
First off, you'll want to get the drinks you need for delivery before you start. I suggest getting a stack of each so you only have to do this step once per festival. The drinks to get, and where to get them are as follows:
Stars of Old Cider - Prancing Pony
Moor-Boar Beer - Prancing Pony, Bree
Forsaken Ale - Forsaken Inn
Swill - Forsaken Inn
Limael's Vintage - Celondim
Thistlebelly Brew - Ivy Bush, Hobbitton¨
Blackgrove's Brown - Bird & Baby, Michel Delving
Dorwinion White - Rivendell, Hall of Fire
Bombur's Lager - Thorin's Hall
Brandy Wine - Golden Perch, Stock
Beakbreaker Ale - Combe
Second, I advise going through the route at least once, as some of the travel options require rep to unlock. The only reputation I had to work on for this was Lossoth rep (to Acquaintance status), but depending on where you've levelled, you might need to get others as well.
Third, set your map to South Bree (the milestone just outside the gate. I designed this route to make use of one 'map home'. You might be able to take shortcuts if you have other map functions available to you (like racial ports and such)
------------------------------------------------ Notes:
------------------------------------------------
Should you take longer than the allotted time to finish, don't worry. The NPC's that you deliver to will also give you the actual delivery quest. If you already have the needed drink in your bags (you should), then it's just a matter of picking up the quest again and turning it in right away.
For swift travel, I've allotted 1 minute of travel time. Depending on your computer hardware you may load faster or slower. From my initial test run though, it seems to be a pretty good average.
Each round trip of the delivery route will cost around 200 silver in travel fees.
Locations written in caps below are where you need to do your deliveries.
The travel route below assumes you start at the Party Tree in The Shire.
Swift Travel is pretty self-explanatory. Horse Travel means using the horse routes available at stable masters. Travel means getting on your own horse and travelling there yourself.

Re: Guide: Inn League delivery quests w/o a hunter, in less than an hour.
Excellent guide, and thank you for putting it together. I've done this run many, many times on my guardian, using very similar tactics.
You may have been trying to avoid certain routes due to requirements to unlock them, but there are a couple of steps that can be shaved off of this list:
-you can skip 9 & 10 and swift straight from Suri-Kyla to Gath Forthnir with appropriate rep. Not much, but it saves two travel fees and load times.
-if you've done much questing in Eregion, you can swift from Rivendell to Gwingris at step 19, then travel from there to Echad Candellith. It's a LOT faster than the slow pony from Riv.
Re: Guide: Inn League delivery quests w/o a hunter, in less than an hour.
I think I missed the Suri-Kyla -> Garth Forthnir connection when I did this, thanks for pointing it out - I've edited the route accordingly =)
As for the Eregion swift-travel thing, I haven't done any questing there at all, save for the pre-Moria quests, so that swift travel option isn't available to me unfortunately - I hate the Rivendell -> Echad Candellith ride with a passion, but there were no other options available to me, so I put it roughly in the middle of the route, so I could use it to take bio breaks
There's plenty of wiggle-room in the guide though - I tried to make it as accessible to everyone as possible, but there is also the option of adding various racial / reputation ports into the mix as well. Playing a human, I have my Bree port available, so I can cut some time off there. The other racial ports can yield similar results.

IF you have Return to Bree trait OR have set your map to BreeAND used Return To Ost Guruth THEN skip #30 and replace #31 with Return to Bree. The return point is just south of Thornley's work site, so I just ride north from there, replacing #32.
Lots of stable costs saved, and approximately 9 minutes shaved off the run. FYI (Return To skills now have individual cooldowns, as opposed to before the update when they shared one cooldown).
Added Bonus: IF you have a home in Falathlorn (the elven homesteads east of Duillond right on the boundary between Ered Luin and the Shire) THEN you can skip #21, #22, #23 and replace #24 with ride to Thrasi's Lodge, shaving another 5-6 minutes and stable costs! I imagine the route can be optimized for other homesteads, but my home is Falathlorn so that's the one I've used of course.

Re: Guide: Inn League delivery quests w/o a hunter, in less than an hour.
I thought I would bump this thread up again, since the Fall Festival is upon us. It should still be valid, but please also see Bill_The_Cat's notes in this thread on how you can shave even more time off your delivery runs!
