    Friday's Funky Forum Coffee Jam

Strolls in, swing his keys on his finger. Smiling as he has one of the fuzzy, little chefs cook him a 4 egg white and one whole egg omelet with cheese and turkey bacon bits. "It's a fine morning for a Friday!!

Good morning folks. I'm posting the opening....for like the first time ever. I've been up since a bit after 5, got in my work out, got The Wife and Little Man some donuts and I made ...well what it says in italics. Plenty of protein and some good fats, and I had two slices of whole grain bread and that, my friends, is a dern good breakfast.

It's FRIDAY!! I feel awesome and after talking to the Computer Place last night I'm confident that they'll have The Wife's computer done today!!

Off to work folks! Take care and have a FANTASTIC FRIDAY!

Little Man got munchkins and I got these chocolate creme-filled monstrosities that even I, loving chocolate as I do, could not finish. I could have frosted a handful of cupcakes with the amount of stuff that was in the donut. Delicious!

hrm. Now my sausage and egg sandwich sounds totally lame.

I am vying for the terrible mom award this morning. I have refused to get dressed and drive my 16-year-old the half-mile to school in perfect weather.

Good morning Sanrael and BB! Thanks for opening....

Not sure if I want to start with the chocolate donut or the wonderful egg omelete... both have their own special appeal...

I hat to say this, but i think that would be the funniest thing pretty much ever. The consequences to the kid of not just walking to school being having to walk to school with mom in her bathrobe (can we go with bathrobe, since that would actually be legal?) would be awesome! Seriously! I'll be she never asks for a ride to school again, even in the rain, sleet, or snow! (Boy... i hope that's not creepy...)

    Morning everyone!

We did all three GB wings last night at 65 and Accumulated 5 or 6 STMs (I actually lost count). we went 2 of 3 on HM. Best of all, we had a LOT of fun :-D

I have a bunch of work to do today, which is going to be hard, seeing as being excited about tomorrow has pretty much removed all my motivation. tomorrow is going to be awesome!!!

Anyway, have a good day everyone!

As with msot weekdays this year, work wise all I had to do was visit the work site, make sure the employee's were following the clients specs and may alterations then go back home and handle the paperwork for an hour or so.

Beyond that, great day again for Australia at the Commonwealth Games, but thats not really a surprise, be it Olympic, Commonwealth or otherwise we're always a joy to watch.

Great gardening today, put in some hot naga's to seed over spring and into summer, pulled out the remains of winters vegetables and replanting a whole lot of spring and summer gear.

A friend in the nearby town remembered my habits of liking to on occasion, eat like a Viking as he says, so he sent me a great leg of pork, salted and roasted straight off the carcass for dinner, it was a mighty feast helped along greatly by the sweet nectar of classically made Honey-mead. Though, of course, my girlfriend found the entire affair unfair when she was reduced to simple steak and vegetables.

And now its 12:11am saturday morning, and I'm wondering what happened to my friday coffee.

Just a little note I think people may enjoy:

I just watched a female Kenyan win gold on a track event at the Commonwealth games (No surprise there) but what I did enjoy, was that every time i hear the Kenya anthem played, it reminds me of some of the music in Conan The Barbarian...

Oddly addictive, since I will always be a fan of that movie (but not Conan the Destroyer)

I wish my parents would have made me walk to school. Of course that was like 20 miles, but still.

This has been the greatest part of the last patch, GB is relevant! I simply can't wait until they release Fornost and the Rift!

Good morning folks... I'm happy it's Friday. Unfortunately I have this project festering on the back of my mind. I know I should be working on it... but there really isn't *much* I can do until the SAN engineer gets back to me. I say *much* because there are some things I could be doing, but I don't want to do them.

So I logged into lotro last night after missing a day when my account was compromised and I'm happy to report I apparently had nothing worth taking, except gold. They relieved two of my characters of their gold, but didn't even log into the character that had the most They have not dealt with my ticket yet so I'm not sure how easy it will be to get back, but it's only about 45g and in lotro money isn't that important (which is why it blows my mind why people still buy gold).

Where the real annoyance enters is that I finally have reason to stop being lazy about my web credentials. Sure they weren't that bad, but I should know better and now I'm going to overhaul everything. I spent several hours yesterday just changing passwords.

My signature link just goes to my blog... weird that it would be blocked. (It is run by Wordpress, even though it has its own domain. Hmm.)

Anyway, to see my published works thus far, follow this link here and this link here. Errm, the latter is actually August, but pay no never minds to that. If I weren't editing his stuff, he wouldn't get anywhere!

    Hello, y'all!

Not much to say today, just that I'll be looking for school opportunities today. Wish me luck!
So many are still waiting for their new beginning. Their birth by sleep. Even me, and even you.

Whoa, Pastor! That one's a blast from the distant past! Now I have old-school gospel hymns stuck in my head as I plan out the character I'm making tonight for a Vampire tabletop rpg. I think it likely that my ticket to H-E-doublehockeysticks is officially non-refundable.

It's more than likely to happen soon. I go down to the Atlanta area far more frequently than I'd like, but it doesn't seem unreasonable that I'd get to meet up with you at some point, right?

HELLO coffee house! It's good to be back! (Now let's just hope I can stay a bit... :-/)
Gandalf! Err, no ... Pastor! Just the way you show up unexpectedly but exactly at the right time had me a little confused!

Welcome back! How did the show go? We've been waiting for an update!

By the way - I love NYC. Gotta get back there again soon. Sorry we missed you.

YOU WERE IN NYC AND DID NOT CONTACT ME!?! HOW DARE YOU!!!

    ...

Then again, I haven't been the most available person recently, anyhow. WAIT – you were here for a wedding while I was in England, weren't you? Right, never mind. It's all good.

    ...

The show went well. The press and buyers we were hoping to get as a result of it hasn't gone so well, but, errm...

Picking up and moving on, yes?

    /sigh

At least I got to see Arsenal!

    Howdy folks!

Hmph, would you lookit that, somebody wrote an Ilisdor story over on the Pillagers forums.
"How shall a man judge what to do in such times?" "As he ever has judged," said Aragorn. "Good and ill have not changed since yesteryear; nor are they one thing among Elves and Dwarves, and another among Men. It is a man's part to discern them, as much in the Golden Wood as in his own house."

Yes, I was there. When we saw Cesc tap the ball, there was a collective gasp, and then a tremendous roar from the entire bank we were in. It was absoultely incredible. The awful part about it is that he actually managed to injure his ankle on that play, and we're still eagerly awaiting his return. >_<

By the by, if you want a game to reference when someone talks about "s*** refereeing," that would be a good one.

Not that you mention it, i do remember the refereeing being very lopsided in that game... But! i learned in the world cup that when 2 ghanian players mug a US player in the box, the US player is obviously at fault... AND the ref doesn't have to explain himself either...
