Thread: No changes in my.lotro info on my characters since 9/8

Yeah I have at least one charcter that has a big gap in his activity logs.

My stuck character unstuck itself and is now up-to-date.

Man my agility sucks.

OK, it seems like things have caught up since the patch on the 29th. You should see your character sheets and sigs updating appropriately. Kin lists should be as well, but I have no solid data to check on that score. If yours has or hasn't updated, please let me know in this thread or via PM.

My character sheet and log in my.lotro.com are not updated since a week or so too.

The character is the one in the sig and I can provide more info if needed.

Well, mine still doesn't update correctly. I have characters that have been deleted and they still show up. One character is even listed twice - once as the deleted version and once as the current version.

Mine has not updated since sometime on the 23rd when it listed the craft proficiency change of one of my characters.

The leaderboards and mylotro arn't updating, i wonder if we will lose our skirm times achieved during the stuff up.

I'm having issues as well, it's showing characters I have deleted several months ago. Can we get a fix for this please? Thank you!

ha My toon is level 45 and it bounces between showing when i was level 41 and 44, and will not update other than that.I don't know why they seem to do temporary fixes

Hello, Hopefully one of the Devs are reading this. My entire Character Profile has not updated since about the end of December, My lvl 34 Warden is still sitting at lvl 31, My lvl 22 Captain is still sitting at lvl 21, and my lvl 17 Lore-master is still sitting at lvl 7, None of the Equipment has updated on these toons in a long time on all my toons. I hope you are able to fix this soon It is really frustrating not being able to update my character's on Guildlaunch.com

My characters are also not updated. I regeared my champ and reached 65 on cappy last week. Champ has old gear from last week and cappy is still 62. I log both of the chars daily and play.
Please look into this

mine are also not updating, since at least the 26th. kinda aggravating since i have an alt i'm working on that shows as 20 and she's 25 now. which also means she is ineligible for those mid level lotteries.

My characters haven't been updated since my main was level 27. She's now level 32.

My character Drewferd is showing level 15 and he's a level 20. Last logged data looks like 1/27 and I have leveled with him each day since 1/27 thru 1/31. He also has bounced around from level 14 to 18 back and forth. now seems stuck on level 15. Crafting is not up to date either for cooking and farming.

Well mine arent updating either since 1-25. Showing my Captain as lvl 28 when she is 32.

Having problems with keeping our kin updated also since people have joined but they arent on the kin roster.
How long does it usually take for these to update. I thought they used to updated on a daily basis.

My monster characters aren't showing their infamy gains.

I've ranked on my Reaver Reorat and the leader boards aren't showing the right rank or infamy!!

The updates always seem slow, but I don't think they are working since the Sunday Crash.

Friendly request here for any Turbine/Community staff to acknowledge that this is a recognized issue and/or that this thread is recognized. It's kind of frustrating if the character sheet has anything to do with lottery eligibility (due to level, etc)

Add me to the lsit for this. I have multiple characters showing off bya few levels. And they are almost to the point of being able to qualify for a different level of lottery.

None of my chars have updated since 01-25-11. Also made a new char that is not showing up on the list to enter the lottery drawiings.

Also our kin page has not updated in a few weeks either. Still showing plp that were removed from kin and none of the new recruits are showing on the list. No changes since 01-25 at all.

No changes in my chars either. No new created chars are appearing, no level ups or anything.

Same here, last time updates were done was 1/27/2011.

I was able to update one of my characters using the widget provided on the individual character's screen but it has not or will not work on any of the others now; having a very hard time finding any information on how to update my characters manually and/or verifying how to use the widget for more than one character (drop down character menu that the widget brings up doesn't seem to be allowing for updates).

Love the opportunity to enter the lotteries (thank you) but can't get my characters into the correct lottery categories!

I just thought I'd post some feedback here~ My forum account has been updated and all my characters are in their respective categories now! Whether it has to do with the previous post or a certain scheduled forum update (or something else entirely) I do not know but I am grateful. I can at least take the time to say thank you to those responsible; your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Is this the place for lottery reporting as well? I have consistently had 5 toons that no longer exist (2 versions or Aralessa, 2 Versions of Dekklen [I do have a toon named Dekklen now, but its not either of the 2 that are shown in the lotto list] and Smeborg) showing up on the lotto list.

I only have one char so this might not be so indicative, but the update is working fine even if with a day or slightly more late.

I was thinking the character data update, rather than a dynamic thing was sort of a background job that ran daily (or perhaps weekly) to extract all character data from the servers database into a web/API accessible copy, but I believe that used to work better before that Sunday where all lotro services crashed. It seems to me it's been broken and perhaps manually patched since then... just guessing here... please Turbine, what's happening?

Still no updates. My hunter is 65 for almost a week now and still it hasn't update any characters.

Just contributing info; My characters are up to date for level, within the last two months at least, but at least a week out of sync based on the armour being worn and money. A very interesting tidbit, is that, ONLY on Valentines day, I carried around a Valentines card (special item, it has a different name, something like 'Romantic Note', I can't recall). This item is in my main hand in my.lotro, suggesting what I am looking at today was updated on Feb 14th.

After the server crash a couple of weeks ago mine stopped working. Then, for a while, it was working again perfectly. However, it is now broken again and none of my characters have updated since the 16th of this month.

Did the intern at Turbine who was supposed to press the update button fall asleep again?

Just adding my report that characters and levels haven't been updating since 2/15/2011. We are using "LOTRoster" to pull the data.

Stopped at Valentine's day too. It seems we found the timeframe....let's hope it's useful to who will have to fix this.

Now even my sig is not updating..... I'm level 36 now.

Mine stopped on the 14th on all accounts, as well. I've decided we need to send them some beaver spray to stop the dams from cropping up.

Still no updates to Character Logs, Skirmish Leaderboards or PvMP Leaderboards since at least the 16th. Let me guess, this will get re-fixed, then Update 2 will hit a week later and break it again. Add me to the litany of names calling for a return to the old forums. Why provide these cool tools if you aren't going to maintain them and ensure your site works?
