We are most particularly looking for Minstrels, Captains and Burgs. However, the player matters more than the character. We also raid about 3 times a week.

I don't get it ...
I spoke to Pentar a couple of days ago and was turned down apparently after he had spoken to the other officers and no reason was given.
I have a good friend in the kin with whom I was an officer in a previous kin. In fact, any kin that I've been in for more than a month has asked me to be an officer.
I have literally years of raiding experience spanning 3 different MMOs, and much of that was as leader of a successful guild focused on progression raiding. In short, I'm intelligent, friendly, reliable, generous, capable, and helpful.
I've no problem sitting on the sidelines and filling in if there's ever room, or not. I'm only looking for a comfortable place to call home and capable players to interact with - be it skirms, instances, raids, questing, or just chat. I'm not expecting to join up and be raiding front and center ASAP, nor would I be upset if better players beat me out should you guys ever get around to building additional raid groups.
If the player really does matter more than the character, can you elaborate on what sort of players you are looking for?
I'm not sure the circumstances here entirely, because I don't know your name or class. Right now, we're trying to take recruiting slowly as to make sure we don't leave too many people on the sidelines every week, but as Morridrim said we are always looking for more friends and good players. Starting a second raid group right now seems very far off as some nights we don't have enough show up for one raid group. Send me a tell ingame and we'll talk further.
"And high in the north as a challenge to Melkor she set the crown of seven mighty stars to swing, Valacirca, the Sickle of the Valar and sign of doom."
Still looking for like minded individuals to join us
I am looking for a good group of people to end-game raid with.
Have all my pre-raiding gear (Annuminas, Hele, some other pieces), my healing LIs are almost where I would like them, and am working on my DPS LIs.
Have finished all the non-repeatable quests in the game ... working on Enedwaith repeatables for the rep (only need Algraig and Grey Company for World Renowned). Have done Northcotton and Suri-Surma on T1, Northcotton up to Thadur on T2. Have had no luck with Stoneheight. Have yet to see Lost Temple. And have attempted Wound Wing of Ost Dunhoth (that first encounter with the three hallways and the mammoths is really fun ... reached the last room with all three mammoths joining the fight, but didn't get past it ... it was a pug after all.)
I'd like to raid with some patient people, learn my healing role even better, and have a lot of fun raiding. Raiding is my main passion. (I orignally come from WoW where I also played a healer.)
Am 30+, so a mature gamer.
Have met a bunch of nice people in the game up until now, but have had very little luck finding an organized raiding kin.
looking for a few new recruits (guards and captains in particular), mainly for end game raiding (bg/od etc). prior raid experience (particularly in lotro) preferred. we're now a rank 9 kinship, raiding three times a week. contacts are the same as on the first page but with nya instead of kohen.
Gearing up for Isen. If your a player with end game aspirations, and lvl 65,please contact any of our officers, myself included. There is always someone online who can speak with you.
