Thread: Erorr processing your request. Please try again [CHK-8003]

Hey everyone,

I'm currently subscribed to two LOTRO accounts with my mastercard and have made a few purchases of turbine points with no trouble. Today I decided I was enjoying LOTRO enough to get the expansion pack so I went to buy the points for it and I keep getting this error.

From what I've found out this is a fraud protection error code. With 5+ successful transactions is there any reason this has kicked in? I've already e-mailed support but this is really disparaging me from making future purchases.

Any help would be much appreciated

edit: Also, why is paypal completely unavailable as well?

edit: Calling is not an option, I live in Australia and only have a mobile phone, it'd probably cost >$50 just to call lol

I have a similar problem. I paid for a 3-month subscription with my Mastercard about a week ago, but every single LOTRO Store transaction I try to pay with the very same credit card fails with CHK-8003.
I don't have enough points to purchase MoM+SoM, and I can't purchase points.

I opened a ticket, of course, but still haven't received any response. And just like the original poster, I'm not from the US.
